Horai ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application ("Horai" or "the App").

By using Horai, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Horai is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Data You Provide

• ·Subscription Information: Name, cost, billing cycle, payment date, category, notes, and icons/colors
• ·App Settings: Currency preferences, notification settings, category customizations
• ·Premium Status: In-app purchase status to enable premium features

Automatically Collected Data

• ·Device Notifications: Local notification scheduling data
• ·iCloud Sync Data (Premium only): Stored in your personal iCloud account when enabled

Third-Party Service Data

• ·RevenueCat: Anonymous identifiers and purchase transaction data for managing in-app purchases

Your data is used exclusively to provide the core functionality of Horai:

• ·Display, organize, and track your subscriptions
• ·Send local push notifications for upcoming bills
• ·Sync data across Apple devices via iCloud (premium users only)
• ·Validate premium purchase status to unlock features
• ·Save your currency, category, and notification preferences

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, share subscription info with external parties, or track behavior across other apps.

Local Storage

All data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's SwiftData framework, secured by iOS device encryption. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Storage (Premium)

When enabled, data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account, protected by Apple's security infrastructure. Only you can access it through your Apple ID. You can disable iCloud sync at any time from Settings.

No External Servers

We do not operate external servers that collect or store your information. All data remains within the Apple ecosystem.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. They collect anonymous user identifiers, purchase transaction data, and device/app version information. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

Horai is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
